- 🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected pin codes and order values
- 💵 EMI Options – Depending on bank or gateway offers
All online transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners such as Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree, using 128-bit SSL encryption.
2. Payment Confirmation
- Once payment is successful, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order number and payment details.
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, except for COD orders.
- If your transaction fails but money is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices include GST and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD service is available on select products and pin codes only.
- A small handling charge may apply for COD orders.
- Customers must provide a valid address and mobile number.
- Repeated COD order cancellations may result in temporary suspension of the COD option for that account.
5. Payment Security
- We take your payment security seriously.
- All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
- Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
6. Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment fails:
- Double-check your card details or payment method.
- Try again or use an alternative payment option.
- For persistent issues, contact your bank or our support team.
7. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.
