  • 📱 UPI / QR Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI
  • 💰 Wallets – Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik (if enabled)
  • 🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected pin codes and order values
  • 💵 EMI Options – Depending on bank or gateway offers

All online transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners such as Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree, using 128-bit SSL encryption.


2. Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successful, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order number and payment details.
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation, except for COD orders.
  • If your transaction fails but money is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices include GST and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available on select products and pin codes only.
  • A small handling charge may apply for COD orders.
  • Customers must provide a valid address and mobile number.
  • Repeated COD order cancellations may result in temporary suspension of the COD option for that account.

5. Payment Security

  • We take your payment security seriously.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
  • We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
  • Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

6. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails:

  • Double-check your card details or payment method.
  • Try again or use an alternative payment option.
