1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India.
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Haveri, Karnataka.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
• Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available for specific products or order values (as mentioned on the product page).
• For other orders, a standard delivery charge may apply based on weight, size, and destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking ID via email/SMS.
• A link to track your shipment in real-time on our logistics partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or strikes), we’ll notify you promptly.
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery or return the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, tampering, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours at

8. Change of Shipping Address

You may request a change of shipping address before the order is dispatched by emailing help@manyhub.in.
Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our services.
